urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:dame_neant dame_neant dame_neant 2009-01-31T23:17:26Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:dame_neant:1266 2009-01-31T23:17:26Z 2009-01-31T23:17:26Z Ugh, I&nbsp;need a beta.&nbsp; I've been writing more in The Iceberg, I'm on a bit of a roll.&nbsp; BUT it means that I'm a little stuck on Splinter of Hope.&nbsp; <br /><br />General premises...<br /><br />Iceberg:&nbsp; Hermione is a genius at mixing Muggle and Wizarding technology, and has a big plan brewing ... but there's a group out there that doesn't like it.&nbsp; Draco is assigned to protect her.<br /><br />Splinter of&nbsp;Hope:&nbsp; Hermione has been captured, and is a 'present' for Draco.&nbsp; But things aren't all as they appear...<br /><br />Both are NC-17, of course.<br /><br />I&nbsp;have one other idea, one that I&nbsp;hadn't even remembered until I&nbsp;opened an untitled document on my home folder.&nbsp; Its something that I don't always like, the concept that Hermione was on the Dark Side all along.&nbsp; But I&nbsp;made it compliant at least with the first 6 books, I&nbsp;might even get it complaint with the 7th.&nbsp; Moderately.<br /><br />We'll see.<br /><br />I still need a beta though =D urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:dame_neant:776 2009-01-29T12:47:55Z 2009-01-29T12:47:55Z So ColouredGrey is moving to a new server, it kinda freaked me out!<br /><br />All of a sudden, I went to see any recently updated and BAM ... nothing.&nbsp; Very anticlimactic.&nbsp; I&nbsp;hope they don't lose anything though, there're a few stories I&nbsp;have posted that I don't have saved anywhere else (stupid harddrive failing...).<br /><br />In other news, nothing of too much note has been occurring in my life.&nbsp; I&nbsp;pretty much do the ordinary corporate American deal; wake up too early, go to work, come home too late, cook dinner for me and the man, play the Wii / watch tv and go to sleep. &nbsp;<br /><br />I&nbsp;need to get more on the writing of original fics, I sort of fell into the fanfic world and got totally sucked in.&nbsp; It's wonderful when all the groundwork is done for you ;-)<br /><br /><br />Until next time!!&nbsp; urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:dame_neant:672 2009-01-26T19:48:06Z 2009-01-26T19:50:13Z A new forum for the works that I&nbsp;do.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />I'll post more as I figure out how this whole thang is going to work.
